Targeting creative companies to take up occupancy on six vacant floors of this renovated Art Deco-inspired building.

We asked prospective companies to ‘imagine’ what life could be like setting up shop at 155 Clarence Street.

In designing the logo — we referenced the numerous floors of the building and in turn the multiple attributes of companies that would potentially call 155 Clarence home.

A whole suite of accompanying creative followed - A website, eDMs, street hoardings, postcard Direct Mailers, IMs, brochures and sales documents.

All floors were leased.
